FAQ
What agencies usually ask.
Five quick answers. More under All Questions.
How does a partnership work?
We work as part of your team, on a single project or a longer engagement. You keep the client relationship, and we agree on our role, availability, deliverables and working methods before we start.
Can we reserve capacity every month?
Yes. We can agree on a set capacity per month. Scope, availability, payment terms and the handling of unused time are set in the individual agreement.
Do you contact our clients directly?
Our default is to work behind the scenes. Direct contact or taking part in meetings only happens with your approval and within the boundaries we have agreed.
Can you take over or build on existing projects?
Yes. We start by assessing the project's technical condition, then agree on scope, responsibilities, price and timeline. A more in-depth technical review may be a separate paid assignment.
How do you invoice?
Ongoing hourly work is invoiced monthly. Projects with a defined scope are normally split into payment milestones, while reserved capacity is invoiced according to a separate agreement.
