It depends on scope, design, content and features. As a guide, a landing page starts at SEK 10,000 and a business website at SEK 15,000, excluding VAT. The price includes a custom design, a responsive layout for mobile and desktop, foundational SEO, a basic visual identity and 30 days of bug fixes after launch. New websites also get a .se domain and hosting free of charge for the first year. nexubot can ask a few questions and give an initial estimate. The final price is always set out in a personal quote that you approve before work starts.

The price depends on features, product information and integrations. We can build a modern store for a catalogue of up to 100 products in a basic setup; how many products we help you prepare and enter is specified in the quote. nexubot can give an initial estimate.

We build a modern, responsive landing page with its own design, standard forms, simple interactions and scripts, and foundational SEO. We can also prepare initial copy and imagery with AI assistance. More advanced integrations and features are priced separately.

We create a responsive website with a unique design, foundational SEO and room for future development. Content can be prepared with AI assistance. The number of pages, CMS, unique page templates and other features are specified in the quote. They are not part of an unlimited standard package.

No. A first call and a standard quote are free. If your project needs an extensive technical analysis or code review, we agree on the price for that part in advance.

The price for the agreed scope is fixed. If you want to add features or change the assignment, we go through any extra cost and timeline change. No chargeable additional work starts without your written approval.

For website projects, you normally pay 40% at project start, 40% when the design is approved and 20% before launch. You can review the finished solution before launch. Other assignments may have a different payment schedule, which is then stated in the quote.

For new websites we build, a .se domain and hosting are included free of charge for the first year. Licenses for platforms such as Webflow and Shopify, and other licenses, are paid by you directly to the provider. The domain and accounts are always in your name. We help with the technical setup as agreed.

It depends on scope, features and how quickly materials and approvals come in. We give an approximate time estimate early on and set out a clear timeline in the quote.

Yes. Before design work starts, we ask you to send one or more inspiration images or links to websites, forms or visual styles you like. It helps us understand what you mean by words like “minimal” or “modern”. The references give a direction. The design we create is tailored to your business and not copied from others.

You get a first design concept in Figma within 2–3 business days after we have received a complete brief. It is a first concept, not the complete finished design or website.

Three consolidated revision rounds are included within the agreed design scope. Any additional rounds or larger changes are priced separately after your approval. Errors in our work that do not match the agreement are corrected at no extra cost.

You have five business days to give consolidated feedback on the design concept. If feedback is delayed, the project timeline may need to be adjusted to our availability. Silence is not treated as approval.

We often recommend Webflow, but we always start from your needs. Depending on the project, Shopify, WordPress or a custom solution may be better. We explain our choice and agree with you before we build.

Your domain and platform accounts are registered in your name, and you receive the agreed access. Ownership of delivered files, any code and third-party licenses is governed by the quote or agreement; some platforms and licenses have their own terms.

Yes. We can design and develop multilingual websites and systems after a technical assessment. You or your agency normally supply and approve the translations and copy.

Yes. Based on information about your business, we can create and refine copy, headlines, CTAs and images with AI assistance and human quality review. You approve the content before publication. Professional photography and video can be arranged through partners at a separate cost.

Yes, foundational SEO is included in our new website projects, such as structure, headings, metadata and basic technical essentials. In-depth technical SEO, larger audits and AI search work are separate services. No search ranking can be guaranteed.

Yes. With our Free Website Audit, you enter your web address and get an automated report instantly. The tool examines selected public signals for SEO, basic security and AI search readiness, and uses Google PageSpeed Insights for speed measurements. You can try the tool on the Free Website Audit page. A deeper technical review and fixes are separate services.

Nothing. The tool is free to use and the report appears instantly. An in-depth, personal technical review or SEO audit, however, is a separate service.

It reviews publicly available information from the homepage, the site icon, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt and public DNS and registration details. Loading times are measured with Google PageSpeed Insights. Beyond the homepage and the standard files mentioned, the tool follows the rules in robots.txt.

No. It gives an automated overview of certain public security signals. It is not a penetration test, a comprehensive vulnerability assessment or a guarantee that the website is secure.

Not directly. It reviews technical and publicly observable conditions related to AI search. The result does not show that a particular AI service actually mentions, recommends or ranks your business.

Yes. We can investigate performance, technical errors, scripts, modules and SEO-related issues. We start by scoping a technical review; any fixes and their price are assessed separately.

We build a technically sound foundation and can help with further search optimization and clearer signals for search services and AI-driven search experiences. Visibility and rankings, however, cannot be guaranteed.

We hand over the agreed accounts and access and give a first walkthrough of how to manage the website. During the first 30 days after launch, we fix issues caused by our work at no extra cost. New features and ongoing maintenance are separate services. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Support can cover technical maintenance, troubleshooting, content, improvements and further development. You can get ongoing support or help when needed; what is included and the price are set in the agreement.

We create a logo with variations, a color palette, typography, graphic elements, a short guide on how to use the identity and relevant original and export files for web and print. You can add, for example, motion, social media templates or other graphic material as needed. The price depends on scope; nexubot can give a preliminary estimate.

We first ask you to send one or more visual references showing what you like. In our base package, we present two different design directions. You choose one, which we then develop through two consolidated revision rounds. Additional rounds or a significantly changed scope are quoted separately before any extra work starts.

If you have no logo, we can create a simple logo or wordmark that fits the website. A more comprehensive professional brand identity is offered separately.

We offer individual assignments and ongoing collaborations. The price depends on scope and deliverables and is set in the quote. Campaign management is agreed separately; the client owns the ad accounts and normally pays the ad budget directly, while our management is invoiced separately. We do not guarantee any specific sales results.

We hand over the agreed access, a practical guide and a first online walkthrough. For 30 days after the agreed delivery, we fix issues caused by our work at no extra cost. Issues reported within that period are handled until resolved. Ongoing support or further development can be ordered separately.
